Semina has experience in both commercial and residential property transactions from residential flats and houses to mixed-use properties and land. She has acted for individuals and companies in both disposals and acquisitions. Semina is committed to achieving the best possible results.
She is also consulting on all commercial matters such as drafting and advising on tailored partnership, shareholder, and joint venture agreements. She has acted for entrepreneurs and investors advising on early stage company matters.

Georgia is a Registered European Lawyer with over 12 years’ experience. She managed her own practice in Athens where she practiced all aspects of Greek and International Law, such as Criminal and Civil Litigation except Employment and Administration Law. She particularly specialised in Family, General Commercial and Intellectual Property Law. Throughout her career she has acted for individuals and companies in contentious and non-contentious cross jurisdictional matters.
In most recent years, she has focused on advising businesses, including start-ups, on social media IP and brand protection.
Georgia has also led a team of five that managed a property portfolio of 25 properties, mixture of residential and commercial, in Greece. She has thorough understanding of all matters concerning real estate law and she values the importance of providing a personal and expert advice.
Outside of work, when not entertaining her three-year-old son, she enjoys travelling, Pilates and tennis. She has a passion for food and good restaurants which led her to create her own blog to share her culinary experiences!
